Refund Policy

At Nook & Nod Resale Co LLC, we take pride in the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our products and the custom nature of fabrication and installation services, all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a material order has been placed or a service has been scheduled.

This policy applies to all product sales (including stone materials, remnants, and custom cuts) and all service agreements (including delivery and installation).

Natural variations in stone—including color, veining, and texture—are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.
Cancellations

Cancellations must be made prior to material procurement or fabrication. If materials have already been ordered or work has begun, the customer remains responsible for full payment.
Damage or Defects

If a product is delivered with visible damage or defects caused by handling, it must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review each report on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a repair, partial credit, or replacement if damage is verified and directly attributable to our team.
Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the customer changes their mind, cancels the project, or chooses not to proceed with installation.
