    NOOK & NOD RESALE CO LLC STONE MATERIAL DISCLOSURE AND SALES AGREEMENT 

    (Legally Binding Contract – State of Colorado)

    This Stone Material Disclosure and Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Nook & Nod Resale Co LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Seller”), and the undersigned purchaser (“Buyer”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”


    1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF NATURAL STONE CHARACTERISTICS

    The buyer acknowledges that granite and other natural stones are products of nature. As such, natural stone may contain inherent characteristics including, but not limited to, variations in color, texture, thickness, veining, porosity, fissures, pitting, and density. These characteristics do not constitute defects but are considered part of the stone’s natural beauty.
